Holderman Inspection Services provides comprehensive commercial inspection. We asses the structure and integrated systems when evaluating a commercial building, so that you are informed on your financial investment.
Included are compliance assessments for intended uses of a commercial property to address entryway and exit regulations and requirements.
We’re pleased to offer additional services:
New Construction Inspections
During a new construction project, a professional property inspector’s trained eye can ensure that the construction progresses on track. We come on-site in a phase inspection to evaluate the safety and soundness of the materials and structure used as well as code violations. Preventing any backtracking to correct problematic issues saves valuable time and money. We inspect prior to drywall installation, concrete pour and before the final walk through.
Home Maintenance Inspection
In protecting your property investment, it is always a good idea to have an annual home maintenance inspection completed so you can ensure that your home is in top condition at all times. For a home maintenance inspection, we inspect the same areas as we do for our buyer’s residential inspection and give you additional maintenance advice to help protect the value of your property. Doing this will allow your home to withstand the elements for years to come.
Before putting your home on the market, you can prevent issues from arising when a potential buyer shows interest in your property by scheduling a pre-listing inspection. This inspection will identify deficiencies and provide you with a comprehensive report. You may then address these findings at your discretion before listing your property. A pre-listing inspection will prepare you and your home thereby preventing the loss of any interest by prospective buyers once your property is listed.
Well and Well Water Inspections
Regular inspections of a water well system can ensure that it is operating properly, protect your investment, and prolong its useful life. Inspections can protect your health by discovering problems that could result in poor water quality. We inspect for proper installation and condition of your well system including corrosion, breakages, wiring, leakage as well as testing of the water for bacteria and other contamination of the water.
